As an incentive to pay annual subscriptions on time this season, players who were fully subscribed (Seniors $170 and Juniors $150) by the end of October were given the chance, by way of a raffle draw, to win half their subs back.
The raffle was drawn last night, and the lucky winners are:
Seniors - Brett Baker (Fourth XI)
Juniors - Devin Sisiranatha (Under 17)
Thanks to all who paid their subs on time. The start of each season is by far the most "money-intensive" - Association fees, ground rental fees, insurance premiums, equipment purchases, etc. - so cash flow (by way of player subs) is vital to ensure a smooth start to the season.
