All of the senior teams are in the top four and being very competitive in the early games. Our Junior teams have also have been extremely competitive with the Under 17 currently in the top four. The Club, on field performance for all teams, has been very encouraging and are well placed.

This team is a part of the pathway program for state level representation. Thaveesh will participate in a tournament with this team in early Jan 2013 and we wish him well.

The committee and the council have been working hard behind the scenes to enhance the surface of Glen Waverley North Oval. After a number of weeks of excess watering and interruption by the horticulture department, the council have finished the surface enhancement program resulting in a significant improvement to the playing surface. The Committee are delighted about the outcome after some teething issues.

Last Tuesday, the naming the nets along with a twenty-twenty game was enjoyed. The two nets have been officially named as recognition of the contribution that each family has given over the life of the club. You will see the names of "Hughes" and "Alabaster" on top of these nets and again we thank these families for their contribution. The night also included a 20/20 cricket game between the 1st XI and the Under 17's. This was a great night which included BBQ, entertainment and big hitting.
