Warren has been involved with the Club since he commenced playing as a 9 y.o in the U/12 team in 1976/7 and has the unique distinction of captaining the U/12’s, 14’s and 16 sides, playing a total of 79 junior games. He later went on to Coach the U/12 team in 1995/6.

As a 16 y.o he played a vital role in a last wicket partnership with David Waters to win a 3rd X1 Premiership in 1983/4.

After a period of 8 years overseas Warren returned to the Club in 2003/4.

Warren was Club Champion in 2006/7 and has played in 4 Premiership sides and recorded 2 centuries and until recently shared in the Clubs highest opening partnership of 202 in 1989/90 (with Wayne Jewell).

Along with his wife Monisha they made a considerable contribution to our social program from 2007-2009 together with the MacGregors.

Warren currently is the highest run getter in the Club with 8604 runs, played in the third most Club games 382 and was the recipient of the League’s Long service Award in 2011/2.
